Conference Purpose: The Joint U.S. Army – U.S. Air Force Renewable Energy Industry Day will bring together government and industry leaders to discuss opportunities for public-private collaboration in renewable energy development.  Senior Army and Air Force energy officials  will provide specific direction on each service’s renewable energy goals as well as the processes through which the Army and Air Force are seeking to establish partnerships with the private sector.   The event will serve as a forum for discussion of the approaches and technical challenges to overcome as the military and private sector work together to build renewable energy capacity and strengthen energy security.

Registration Information: The maximum capacity of the Army-Air Force Renewable Energy Industry Day is 800 participants. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Notification will be posted on this website when full capacity is met.

Event Fee: An online payment system will be used to collect fees at the time of registration. Please take note of the following fees and plan accordingly.
• Federal Government/Military Participants – Optional $25 convenience fee.
• Non-Government/Non-Military – $75, optional $25 convenience fee.
• Walk-ins will not be accommodated

Cancellation Policy
Because this event has a limited capacity, it is respectfully requested that if for any reason you cannot attend this event once you have registered you notify Ms. Laura Carpenter immediately. Out of respect for others, notification is requested such that persons/organizations that may have been turned away based on first-come-first-serve procedures can be granted attendance.
